Paddington Walk, £42.5M: Project Associate, responsible for a team of
Architectural staff numbering eleven. Operating as Lead Consultant coordinating
ten Consultants, on a fast-track traditional contract
with CDP's and reporting to a Project Manager. Responsible for design, Planning
information, Structural
and Services coordination. Scheme consists: 222 apartments of which 79 units
are affordable housing, retail, restaurant, community facilities and basement
car parking.
Railstore, Romford, £8M: Project Architect, responsible for Client liason,
Planning information
and tender package for 90 new dwellings within two existing 1840's railway
storage buildings.
Dulwich Common. Project Architect. Two new build modern houses set within
historical garden.
Design and production of detailed design information.
Gainsborough Studios Penthouse: Project Architect, responsible for production
of detailed
design information and design team co-ordination for new build penthouse
residences.
