The site is beside the Lloyds Insurance Building by Richard Rogers and required
a design which would be sympathetic with both the Victorian Bank and the iconic
Lloyds building. We produced an innovative method of air conditioning with
chilled beams wedded to the structural beams. They are disguised with draped
stainless steel fabric to give a varied ceiling profile.
